Keith began his career as a potter when he was 18 years old, becoming an apprentice for Harefield pottery in London. His first studio, in Highgate, London is where he began hand-making all of his ceramics for retailers such as Conran, Habitat, Barneys New York and Heals to name but a few.
About 20 years ago, Keith began to develop the ‘Word’ range for the first time; the ‘shape’ of words being what attracted him. The bucket mug ‘hot’ is his favourite because of how symmetrical the word shape is.
The range has now grown to include over 80 words that he hopes will bring a smile to people’s faces. Here at The Golden Sheaf Gallery, we stock both English and Welsh versions
