    When you order from us we want you to be free from worry, so we extend to you our no quibble guarantee.

    You have 7 working days after receiving your goods to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order you must tell us in writing; you can do this by email within the 7 day cancellation period.

    We count notice as being given from the day on which the email is sent.

    During this 7 day cancellation period you have a duty to ensure that we receive the goods and that no damage is incurred while they’re sent back to us. All customers have 28 days to return the items to us from the date your order was placed.

    Once we receive your items back here at The Golden Sheaf Gallery HQ, we will give you a full refund of the price paid for the products providing they reach us in their original condition.

    If the products are faulty or damaged we will also refund their original delivery charge, however, you are responsible for the cost of their return.

    If fragile products ( for example ceramics or glass) have arrived damaged without hope of repair, please email us or drop us a line.
    We value the environment too much to ask you to send it back, so if you just send us a photo we will refund you, no problem.

    We are unable to offer our returns policy on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

    How to return or exchange:

    There is no need to telephone us when sending a return (unless damaged or faulty):

    Please send an email to team(at)goldensheafgallery.co.uk informing us of your cancellation request.

    Then pop the items in the post and send them to our return address:

    Once we receive your items, we'll refund you in full, and send you a little email to confirm this.
